I really like some of their clerk at the front counter but the shower sprinkler really made me scary. When it blew the water onto the ceiling and right into the lamp what do you feel like happening? Death! YOu don＇t want to die in a 5-star although that sounds quite prestigious.

I had to repair the shower by myself because it was a real pain for me to get a shower in the room they gave to me. The shower spayed the water in every direction so I had to take the sprinkler away. This time they gave me a room on the 10th floor (last time on 28th floor - executive floor). Obviously they don't have non-smoking room. The room I had that night has an ash tray inside. Another thing is that the light from outside leaked from the side of the curtain so it was really difficult to get into sleep.
