The worst 5 star Hotel I''ve ever stayed at. The worst service. Mold in the bathrooms - I booked 2 rooms- One room had no air conditioning working - Which caused me to get sick - I tried asking to change rooms but they wouldn''t move me until day 3 after persisting to change rooms. No minibar in any room. Extremely noisy until 1 am most nights-- they held functions which effected all the rooms surrounding the Function room on all floors . Couldn''t even hear my own TV because it was so loud. I asked for information on where a certain restaurant was located.. reception refused to tell me where it was and instead insisted that I only ate in their restaurant! Same situation when I asked where a pharmacy was -- got told to only use their shop downstairs! Truely the most appauling 5 star Hotel I''ve visited in the world.
