Amazing Hotel I''ve stayed at this hotel at least a dozen times while visiting clients in the Shenzhen area and I find this hotel to be consistently amazing.The rooms are both roomy and very comfortable. I sleep well, plenty of room for work. The Internet Service is excellent ... good bandwidth ... Skype and Google Voice works great. Connects via Hong Kong, so you have full access to all web sites outside of China.I normally like to work out while traveling. The fitness center is better than many commercial gyms that I''ve used while traveling. Equipment is in excellent condition and is relatively high end.The staff of the hotel is wonderful. Even though I has been stayed 3 times, they can recognize me and greet me with a "Welcome Back". Almost all customer facing staff speaks surprisingly good English. I was pleasantly surprised that even the cleaning staff seems to understand enough English to assist with very basic requests ... a rarity at Chinese hotels, even many of the better ones.
great experience this is in the centre of longgang which at the time was still very much under construction so the place is not so convenient, and also a bit far from the airport. However, everything else was great! the building, rooms are super nice, including the separate free standing tub and the the staff and service was pretty much on part with the best i''ve had in china, better than some 5-stars in Shanghai.

The hotel, located in the heart of Longgang, will do the best for our guests to facilitate the journey to other part of the city. At this moment we have shuttle bus to and from Hong Kong Airport 10 times daily, and the subways reaching to Shenzhen downtown and Shenzhen Airport. Hope your next visit here will be more convenient and more enjoyable.

very nice. I booked this hotel for our customers, and they are satisfied with all the things.
Worst service That''s the worst hotel by Chinese standards, you very welcome only by people who invest money for this hotel but stuff is awful, check in took me 40 minutes, after all the room wasn''t ready yet. 15 minutes waiting lift, no kidding. I have no idea why but when I came to lift you have to use your room key but it wasn''t work well even with door bell guy''s card. Finally room. It''s ok. Just strange smell in toilet. Check out surprise, they want to count by double tariff my minibar plus they put donation from my name. So took more 20 min to fix it. And last one is taxi, I ask to catch taxi for me, they ask where I am going. I came from Lou hu for 125 rmb. So I decide to take metro back. Anyway they reject me and said taxi won''t rake me it''s just 10 min walk. So there is no any street navigation and it was night, it took me more than 15 min for sure even I ask direction. So Thats the best from the hotel, I would never stay again thereBy the way metro have 20 stops from futian area and after couple stops I take taxi which was cost me 70 rmb so the first driver is a cheater I believe , same as hotel to charge for 4/5 star but service poor
